First version of the NEW SI archive. Added films, docs, etc. from the original 2005 archive and my own collection. Added docs and images from the web. Added files from Mic and Dean's archives. Organized everything.

Just heard that the Caprica FTP went down. That was a close one...

I also added a large number of files which Loren found on an old CD and kindly uploaded:

* SIFA collages 1-4
* rest of Stuntzilla
* Truck Wars 1-2
* Several other unsorted films (in unsorted/ directory)
* Various programs (in 'programs/' directory)

Note that the films Loren uploaded are described in the 'Loren Film List.xml' file, along with the corresponding filenames.

Created the archive, adding all the films and SI-related web sites which I 
could find online.

The following were added:

* Falcon's films: Arbor Day, Flag Day, Labor Day series
* Frontier Films: elite221, zeaex1
* Map and instruction manual from game
* Stuntzilla (Only got part of it before geocities site stopped working)
* WWW mirrors of falcon's page, reviews from 1992, stunt island central, stunt island harbor, and stuntzilla
